Melvin N. Borowka, Esq.
Mr. Borowka’s breadth of experience representing clients with significant personal injuries began 1969. Throughout the course of his career he has been responsible for successfully recovering millions of dollars for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, products liability matters, and medical malpractice cases, among other accident types. His experience includes all facets of litigation, including: analyzing accidents, conducting discovery, and trying cases to verdict. Mr. Borowka is often called upon by colleagues to assist them with personal injury matters. As counsel to the firm, Mr. Borowka utilizes his experience and knowledge base to benefit clients. Mr. Borowka received his Juris Doctor (law degree) from St. John’s Law School, in Queens. He received his undergraduate B.A. degree from City University of New York. He was formerly an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association concerning civil litigation matters. Mr. Borowka is currently an instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
