Our firm prides itself on ease of access. We can meet at yours convenience (including evening and Saturdays). There is never a charge for meeting with us if we take your case, everything will be put in writing in simple terms. If we cannot take your case and give it the attention it deserves, we will tell you. We handle all injury and wrongful death cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that our fee will be a percentage of the compensation we obtain for you when the case is over. If we are not successful in obtaining compensation, you will not be charged any attorney’s fees. We cover all the costs of preparing your case, including expenses for expert witnesses and accident reconstruction, and deduct these amounts from any monies received.
